Mattress King provides White Glove Delivery services for in-store purchases. Our transportation department works with you to provide the best delivery experience possible, ensuring your new mattress is installed and set up correctly, and your old one is responsibly removed.
With Mattress King, you can rest assured that you will receive the best customer service and top-quality products.
30 Day Comfort Exchange
At Mattress King all sales are final. No returns. No refunds.

Mattress King offers a 30-day Comfort Exchange, on mattresses only.

Comfort Exchanges must occur within 30 days of your mattresses delivery date.​
Mattress King charges a 15% processing fee for all exchanges.
Customers who choose a mattress of greater value simply pay the difference, plus the delivery and tax.
Mattress King does not apply discounts to exchanges.
Mattress King does not refund the difference for a less expensive mattress.
The Mattress King 30-day Comfort Exchange is for mattresses only that are purchased in our store.
Mattress King does not exchange frames, foundations, or adjustable/smart beds.
